Returns a bound account to local-only authentication and ends its live sessions.
This — not a password reset — is the remedy for a mistaken binding. A password
reset changes a credential the federated path does not use, so the wrong person keeps
signing in through the identity provider while the operator believes the account is
secured.
The account does NOT regain a prior password. Binding replaced the local
credential with an unusable random value and none is restored, so unlink also sets
requirePasswordChange and the account re-enters the platform's ordinary activation /
password-reset path — the state a newly-provisioned user is in.

204Unlinked; live sessions ended and requirePasswordChange set — the account returns to LOCAL governance on the activation path, not to a password it held before the binding
