SCOPE OF THE RESULT SET: a caller holding audit.platform.all.read - the single platform scope this endpoint's own gate names, the narrowest of the three correlation gates - receives every tenant's rows on all three arrays. Every other caller, including a holder of audit.platform.crypto.read or audit.platform.admin.read, receives the rows belonging to its OWN tenant only, on all three arrays (PRD 230). Provides a complete view of a distributed transaction across all microservices. PERFORMANCE WARNING: Scans all database partitions.
