Returns per-day aggregated cryptographic operation counts split by algorithm
family (PQC vs Classical) for the requested date range. Sparse output: days
with zero events are omitted. The range cap is 365 days.
PQC families: ML-KEM, ML-DSA, SLH-DSA, FALCON.
All other algorithms are classified as Classical.
Reads from crypto_audit_log (HASH-partitioned by tenant_id) — always
supply tenantId so PostgreSQL can prune to the correct partition.
