Returns the administrative operations associated with a specific correlation ID. SCOPE OF THE RESULT SET: a caller holding audit.platform.admin.read or audit.platform.all.read - the platform scopes this endpoint's own gate names - receives every tenant's rows for the id. Every other caller, including a holder of audit.correlation.read or of some other audit.platform.* scope, receives the rows belonging to its OWN tenant only, with platform-plane rows excluded (PRD 230). Useful for tracing user actions across multiple microservices.
