Query admin events

https://localhost:443/api/v3/audit/tenants/{tenantId}/admin/events

Returns administrative events filtered by event type pattern or time range. Use eventTypePattern for filtering (e.g., 'admin.humanuser.%' for all user events). Use startTime/endTime for time range queries.

Page size, with DIFFERENT contracts at the two ends. ABOVE 100 the value is capped and returned with HTTP 200 - there is no @Max, so size=5000 silently yields 100 rows. BELOW 1 it is REJECTED: only the upper bound is applied here, so a page size under one reaches PageRequest.of and raises, and size=0 returns 400 application/problem+json (as does a negative page). The declared maximum is therefore an EFFECTIVE cap while the declared minimum is enforced.
