Returns the key metadata.
• If the key is asymmetric, publicKey is included.
• If the key is symmetric (kty = oct), the secret
material is deliberately omitted.
The response still conveys lifecycle data such as usage counts,
expiry and status (ACTIVE, REVOKED…).
